A original late 18th Century dial clock. It has a turned outer wooden bezel, and a traditional single piece salt box case. The silvered dial has original hands and is engraved for the Maker John Hovil of Rotherhithe. It has a fusee movement,shaped plates and a verge escapement with a bob pendulum.
