A small French mantel clock in the Louis XV style, dating to the end of the 19th Century. It has a waisted case with applied ormolu mounts and the front is inlaid with brass and red shell.. It has an enamel dial with floral garlands and ornate pierced and engraved hands. The French 8 day movement has a cylinder platform.
