A good mid 19th Century drop dial wall clock from the East End of London. It has a light mahogany surround with a brass bezel and a 12 dial with Roman numeral which is signed by the maker Sorrell of Bow, London. The figure mahogany drop has a brass edge window to view the swinging pendulum. It has an 8 day fusee movement. (George Sorrell is listed as working 1857-1881)

- Condition The case is in original good clean condition, the dial has been professionally cleaned and the movement has been serviced in our own workshops and is guaranteed for 12 months. The outer brass bezel is a later replacement.
