Edwardian Oak Cased Barograph

Good quality barograph , contained in an oak case with thick bevel edge glass , with an eight day platform movement that is wound under the top barrel cover and has a slow revolving drum which has a paper record sheet attached. The barometric pressure is recorded by a nib resting on the sheet of paper and leaves a track of the rising and falling of the air pressure . Also contains a thermometer and plaque bearing the original makers name James Brown Optician Glasgow
