French Walnut And Brass Mantel Clock (France, c. 1880)


Description
A late 19th Century walnut mantel clock in the Loius XVI style. It has an applied embossed brass case with a matching embossed dial enamel numerals and a sunburst pendulum, that is seen swinging through the glazed front panel. It has a French 8 day movement that sounds the hours and halves on a bell and was Made by Japy Frere.

Current Condition
The case is in excellent condition, the movement has been fully serviced and is guaranteed for 12 months. If you would like a video clip of this clock striking please email us.
